Michelle has over 20 years of experience in customer service. For the past 7 years, Michelle has worked in Downtown Kent where she finds much enjoyment getting to know the friends & families of our community. Michelle is an active volunteer with the Northeast Ohio Girls Scouts. A great joy of Michelle’s has been watching & supporting her daughter play Softball, Basketball, & the Cello though Kent City Schools. Michelle is a licensed agent in property & casualty and a customer service representative.
